Shipping informations
- The delivery time is made up of the processing time (1-2 days) and the shipping time of the shipping service provider.
- Only registered shipping.
- Express delivery on request.
- The shipping costs for goods designated as bulky freight will be communicated on request.
- From an order value of 100€, the delivery to a delivery address in Luxembourg is free of charge, below 6€.
- At the request of the Customer and in agreement with the Seller, the delivery of the goods can be carried out by the Seller himself for free, provided that
- the value of the goods is at least 100€, and the delivery address is in Luxembourg or in Germany near to the border*.
*: The Seller reserves the right to define the term "near to the border" at its sole discretion.
Shipping costs
The stated shipping costs consist of the postage costs stated by the respective shipping company plus costs for packaging material (cardboard, filling material, etc.) and for tax exempt parcels/letters from Post.lu up to 10kg (S-XL) plus VAT. All prices are stated in Euro [€].
